• Christmas event(s) and door prizes – Blackhawk Car Museum location, do one event vs 2? $16k cost, 75-125 ppl, Wen will follow up with date and contract, we pay 2/3 of cost our of our acct

Autocross Director

• Local Charity  – Ranch Ceilo (vocational programs) for our event
• Meeting next week to begin thinking for next year and establishing the calendar

Track Director:

• Sept 16-17 Laguna: 200 attendees, sold out, blue and green drivers want to be separated want higher quality of time 
• Oct 15 Instructor Party @ Refuge in Hillsdale

• Website – lost all the previous Board members served and year end awards (Ed has a paper list to 2018)
• Future credit for future event for racers.  No, want to start next year with a positive cash flow and want 2 dates at Laguna (drop 1 Buttonwillow date)
• Tentatively hold dates with tracks and share in Jan to determine calendar and share

Motoring Director

• Saturday Sept 16, Laguna Seca Raceway Experience Drive and Social Event

• 37 cars for Parade Lap Enabled and the event was a blast!

For example Group 1 election takes place from November 1st to the 15th of 2020 and the Group 1 members take office January 1st of 2021 and serve through December 31st 2023.
