President:

• Welcome to 2025 Board Members

• Presented President’s budget, vote to approve: APPROVED
• Presentation by Ryan Holmes, who has been appointed as our Creative Director (a new, non-voting Board position)

Nugget Editor:

• Submission deadline for this month’s newsletter is Jan 10

Vice President:

• Review of event insurance process

Secretary:

• Vote to approve November 6, 2024 minutes: APPROVED
• Board Directory will be updated with new Board members contact information

Treasurer:

• Discussion of 2024 Year-End financials
• The club’s finances are healthy

Autocross Director:

• Planning for 9 competitive Autocross events hosted at Crows Landing and Salinas Municipal Airport, plus a Autocross Car Control Clinic weekend at Alameda
• Discussion of 2025 budget, vote to approve: APPROVED

Track Director:

• Proposal for night laps at Thunderhill to kick off the season, if permitted by the track management and supported by our insurance
• Planning for 5 track weekends featuring Drivers Ed, Time Trials, and Club Racing hosted at Thunderhill, Buttonwillow, and Sonoma
• Have a 6th Club Racing date at Laguna Seca (as guests of Porsche Owners Club) but still trying to secure a date there for the full track program
• Discussion of 2025 budget, vote to approve: APPROVED

Motoring Director:

• Planning 9 Fun Run events throughout the year
• Also planning a Lead/Sweep Workshop to kick off the season
• Discussion of 2025 budget, vote to approve: APPROVED
• A photo (from the last Fun Run) was published in Panorama

Social Director:

• Planning to continue regular Cars & Coffee and add a variety of other exciting events
• Discussion of 2025 budget, vote to approve: APPROVED

Membership Director:

• Discussion of upcoming Annual Volunteers and Awards Luncheon on Jan 11
• Jan 1, 2025 member counts
  • PCA GGR
    • 3792 total (2651 primary members, 1138 co-members, 3 honorary)
    • 150 PCA Juniors, 129 renewals, 48 dropped, 80 new members
  • PCA National: 163,495 active members (107,425 primary & 56,070 co-members)
• Vote to accept new members: APPROVED
