Call to Order 6:14pm

Track Director:

• Final event of the year at Thunderhill coming up Oct 12-13, healthy registrations and close to break-even; Ground School will be combined with Diablo
• Making progress on securing dates with tracks for 2025

President:

• Discussion about GGR Awards for 2024

Autocross Director:

• Event on Sep 14 at Crows Landing
  • Ended up with over 70 people registering
  • Did have a second trailer break-in during this event, but nothing was stolen this time; will be applying a wheel lock in the future to deter theft of the entire trailer
• Next event (a Zone event) at Oct 12 at Crows Landing with cooler weather

Vice President:

• No updates

Secretary:

• Vote to approve September 4, 2024 minutes: APPROVED
• Continued discussion preparing for the upcoming Board Elections

Treasurer:

• September 2024 financials discussion, vote to accept: APPROVED
• Current bank balance: ~$338k with minimal outstanding
• Board members are asked to nominate charities for potential donations if we end the year with excess funds

Membership Director:

• October 1, 2024 member counts
  • PCA GGR
    • 3749 total (2611 primary members, 1135 co-members, 3 honorary)
    • 145 PCA Juniors, 123 renewals, 82 dropped, 29 new members
  • PCA National: 162,589 active members (106,700 primary & 55,889 co-members)
• Vote to accept new members: APPROVED
• New Member Social Event on Nov 2 at TRG in Petaluma
• Discussion about venue options for the Holiday Party

Social Director:

• Last Cars & Coffee this Sunday at Retro Sporting shop in livermore, peak attendance about 40 cars, mostly air-cooled owners
• Next Cars & Coffee with San Francisco Sports Cars (on Industrial Road in San Carlos)
